Job Description

Creates designs with strong artistic sensibilities that satisfies the needs of the traditional and trendy jewellery customers Manage creative and technical development of product within merchandise assortment strategy Collaborate with Merchandising, Production and Technical Design to achieve product execution and maintain design integrity Provide design research, attend trade exhibitions, supervise product development process Take an active role in the training and ongoing education of the selling team, provide product knowledge training, event information, policy and procedure updates. Actively seek input from customers to ensure consistent adherence to service standards Create design concepts and layouts, based on knowledge of layout and design principles, in collaboration with other members of the R&D team Design new illustrations, 2D and 3D graphical elements, and animations based on input from R&D subject specialists Works closely with Team Leaders and Coordinators to meet project objectives in conceptualization and development of illustrations and layouts Creating and modifying designs: CAD designers develop technical drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design software. You create new designs or modify existing ones, incorporating feedback from clients and other professionals to ensure accuracy, functionality and adherence to industry standards
