About the Company:

Crossweave is a design-forward furniture company focused on creating contemporary and functional pieces that blend craftsmanship with innovation. We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer to join our in-house design and production team at our facility in Sector 99, Gurugram.

Role Summary:

The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating precise technical drawings and models for custom and standard furniture pieces. This role requires a practical understanding of materials, fittings, and furniture construction, as well as hands-on coordination with the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for furniture products based on design concepts, specifications, and customer requirements. Prepare technical documentation and part breakdowns for manufacturing. Modify and update designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients. Collaborate with carpenters, engineers, and production staff to ensure feasibility and accuracy in execution. Ensure that designs comply with size constraints, material standards, and joinery techniques used in furniture manufacturing. Maintain organized records of all design files, versions, and production notes.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, Industrial Design, or a closely related field. Only candidates with

genuine qualifications

and

hands-on knowledge

will be considered. Please do not apply with unverified or irrelevant certifications. Proficiency in CAD software is essential (AutoCAD is mandatory; familiarity with SketchUp or SolidWorks is an added advantage). A minimum of

6 months to 2 years of real, practical experience

in furniture or interior-related CAD work. Solid understanding of wood, metal, hardware, and furniture fittings is required. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to independently produce accurate, production-ready drawings. We are specifically looking for candidates who

This is a fully on-site position based in Sector 99, Gurugram. Please apply only if you are currently residing in or near this area and can commute daily without issues. Remote work is not available.

Leave Policy:

No provision for paid leave during the initial joining period.

Pay: ?16,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
