Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled

3D CAD Jewellery Designer

specializing in

fine and minimalist Hip Hop jewellery

. The role involves creating precise, production-ready designs using

Matrix software

, while collaborating closely with merchandising, manufacturing, and diamond-setting teams to ensure technical feasibility, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Create

high-quality 3D CAD designs

for fine and minimalist Hip Hop jewellery, including

chains, pendants, rings, grills, bracelets, watches

, and custom pieces using

Matrix software

. Work closely with

merchandising, manufacturing, sampling, and diamond-setting teams

to ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and production-ready. Develop designs with careful consideration of

diamond layouts, stone sizes, metal weight, and setting techniques

such as pave, prong, invisible, channel, and micro-setting. Stay updated with

global fine jewellery trends

, especially in key markets such as

USA, UK, and the Middle East

, and incorporate trend-driven design elements. Prepare

technical drawings, CAD files, and realistic renderings

for client approvals, sampling, and mass production. Support

custom orders and celebrity-inspired designs

, ensuring speed, accuracy, and confidentiality. Optimize all designs for

casting, finishing, polishing, and diamond setting

, minimizing production issues and material waste. Collaborate with

sampling and production teams

to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during development and manufacturing. Maintain organized design documentation and version control for efficient workflow management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in

Matrix (or MatrixGold) CAD software

Strong understanding of

fine jewellery manufacturing processes

Knowledge of

diamond grading, stone setting techniques, and metal behavior

Experience designing

Hip Hop and luxury jewellery styles

Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle high-volume custom requests Strong communication and teamwork skills
