We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented jewelry CAD designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating precise 2D and 3D models of jewelry pieces using industry-standard CAD software. You will work closely with the design and production teams to bring concepts to life and ensure all designs meet manufacturing standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
? Create detailed 2D/3D CAD models for rings, earrings, pendants, bangles, and custom jewelry.
? Convert hand-drawn sketches and ideas into accurate CAD designs.
? Prepare technical drawings for manufacturing, including stone settings, measurements, and specifications.
? Produce high-quality renderings for client presentations and marketing.
? Modify and refine designs based on client or team feedback.
? Ensure all designs follow production guidelines, including metal thickness, weight, and structural feasibility.
? Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth development and manufacturability.
? Maintain organized design files and documentation for reference and production.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? 2-4 years of experience as a jewelry CAD designer.
? Proficiency in CAD software such as Rhino, Matrix, Jewel CAD, Key Shot, or similar tools.
? Strong understanding of jewelry manufacturing processes and stone settings.
? Ability to create photorealistic renderings (preferred).
? Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
? Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
