Roles & Responsibility:
? Design 3D models and assemblies using TopSolid software.
? Develop detailed technical drawings and machining files for production.
? Collaborate with CNC programmers and machine operators to optimize designs for manufacturing.
? Ensure dimensional accuracy and tolerance compliance in all designs.
? Generate toolpaths for CNC machining and validate programs.
? Modify and improve existing designs based on feedback.
? Maintain and organize CAD files and design documentation.
? Work closely with the quality control team to ensure product accuracy.
? Adhere to company standards and industry regulations.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, CAD/CAM, or related field. Experience in orthopedic implants manufacturing (preferred)(1 to 2 Year).
Shift Time: 9 AM to 7 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
