We are looking for an experienced

CAD Designer / Photoshop Operator

with strong expertise in

women's ethnic wear prints

, especially

suit and dupatta designs

. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of color combinations, fabric understanding, print detailing, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

Create

print designs for suits, dupattas, and ethnic wear

using CAD & Adobe Photoshop. Develop all-over prints, placement prints, butti, jaal, borders, motifs, and digital print-ready files. Work on

repeat patterns

, color variations, and resizing as required. Prepare

print files, colorways, and design sheets

for production. Coordinate with sampling, printing, and production teams for design approvals. Ensure designs are aligned with

market trends and brand requirements

. Handle design modifications, corrections, and final render files. Maintain design archives and ensure proper file management.

Required Skills & Experience

7-8 years of experience

in textile design for ethnic wear (suits, dupattas, kurti prints). Strong command over

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD tools

. Excellent understanding of

color theory, fabric behavior, and print techniques

. Experience with

digital printing, screen printing, and rotary prints

. Strong creativity with attention to detail. Ability to deliver high-quality designs under deadlines.
