Objective: To strengthen the Global Engineering Electrical Design Department & Built the Electrical design function at BENI.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Preparation Electrical Design & wiring diagram in Eplan P8-V2.9
• Implement Bekaert Electrical design standard
• Making the Symbol & Macro part database & keep up to date the database
• Assist the designer to make the optimize panel GA layout
• Creation of BOM as per the Bekaert engineering standards
• Report generation in e-Plan (Terminal diagram, Cable diagram, Cable Overview, Parts list, IO List etc.)
• Preparation Bill of material for control panel
• Preparation of Field Layout
• Format creation for reporting
• Creation of 3D symbol / Macro
• Preparation of drill drawing for panel enclosures
• Preparation of wire cutting schedule with ferrule
• Develop, produce and maintain internal engineering safety standards for machine
• Support the development and maintenance of our engineering safety component database with the needed regulatory compliance checks.
• Calculate cable sizing and protections (fuses, circuit breakers….).
• Provide the feedback to designer for improvement
• Electrical panel testing & Inspection at vendor place and at BENI Works
• Support to BENI sourcing team by providing the technical specification
  

• Relevant experience of 4+ years.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical engineering or equal by experience.
• Excellent knowledge and Hands on experience in e-Plan P8 V2.8 or V2.9
• Capable of preparing high standard e-plan drawings as per IEC standards.
• Excellent knowledge of Low voltage switchgears & its selection
• Good knowledge of automation components
• Knowledge of preparing the optimized automation architecture
• Good knowledge of Pneumatic components ( Festo / SMC)
• Good knowledge of Hydraulic system
• Preferable knowledge of control systems (programmable logic controllers, motor drives, safety systems, …….) and instrumentation design
• Knowledge of 3D Pro-panel software will be preferred
• Knowledge of e-Plan Pro panel wire production will be preferred
• Basic knowledge in machinery safety-related standards (ISO 12100; ISO 13849; ISO TR14121-2…) will be preferred
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and eager to learn new technology
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to be a part of a global engineering company and to collaborate with teams in other offices around the world / team player
• Willing to travel for a short period for training
• Knowledge of machine construction or process equipment will preferred
