Position: CAD Designer (AutoCAD)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujara

Experience: Minimum 2 years in furniture/joinery drafting

Salary Range ?22,000 - ?28,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings for items such as modular kitchens, wardrobes, banquette seating, wall cladding, doors (including fire-rated), paneling, ceilings, wooden counters, shelves, TV units, vanities, headboards, loose furniture, and more. Translate architectural/engineering sketches into precise shop drawings for manufacturing. o Create scale plans and layouts for foundations, interiors, and structures using CAD software. Utilize advanced AutoCAD (2D/3D) features (dynamic blocks, attributes, sheet sets, Xrefs, constraints). Review and specify material finishes, wood joints, and manufacturing details, preparing Bills of Materials accordingly. Ensure drawings align with architectural plans and manufacturing standards for wood and metal joinery.
Skills Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D &3D) Strong technical background with the ability to convert client requirements into manufacturing details. Knowledge of materials, finishes, and joinery manufacturing processes. Good understanding of architectural drawings and fabrication standards. Strong communication skills (written & verbal), teamwork, time management abilities. o Commercial awareness and attention to detail. Practical joinery experience is a plus but not essential.

Experience s Qualification

Experience: Minimum 2 years in furniture/joinery drafting. Qualification: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
