Job Description

We are looking for an 2 - D CAD designer cum interior designer for our organization. Your work will involve:

preparing and presenting design proposals based on the inputs given

Give preliminary estimates on cost and construction time

Prepare structure specifications

preparing tender and planning applications and presentations

producing detailed drawings using software like Auto CAD

prepare an estimate of costings- both for interior and building

prepare 2D elevations

Qualifications and Skills:

have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail

have good drawing skills, with the ability to work in three dimensions (3D)

are inventive and imaginative with original creative thinking

are passionate about buildings and the built environment

are perceptive to the requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering
