About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work with construction team members to establish a timeline and budget for the design
2. Use design software to produce 2D and/or 3D designs depending on the complexity of the project
3. Research material properties in large databases to identify the best materials for modeling
4. Perform simulations and stress tests on all 3D models before prototyping
5. Notify superintendents and project managers of the design\'s progress and when the designs are complete
6. Get feedback from the client and construction managers and revise designs as needed
