Roles and Responsibilities WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be working on creating detailed plant layouts and (Single Line Diagrams) SLDs for utility scale projects. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to have comprehensive understanding of the site layout and keen insights to provide relevant suggestions and inputs to optimize the layout. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be required to conduct detailed constraints mapping based on different (Geographical Information System) GIS sources and compile them to obtain the buildable area. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be running multiple iteration of layouts in PVCase or similar tools utilizing various combinations of plant components and providing an analysis of the optimal layout. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be expected to analyze impact of varied setbacks in the areas of interest as well as understand the impact of parameters such as topo, shading and constraints while estimating the production. Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be required to provide preliminary layouts, typical diagrams and design packages to the development team for application process. Further, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work actively with several teams including
Development team, EPCs, Financing, technical teams and other stakeholders on CAD layouts and suggest optimal designs for new utility scale solar projects.

WHO WE\xe2\x80\x99RE LOOKING FOR:
The ideal candidate should have B. Tech in any discipline with two to three years of experience in CAD for designing of solar plant
Candidate who has functional understanding of solar PV Plants, modules, inverters, trackers, and racking
The candidate must have experience working on either AutoCAD or Civil 3D. Additionally, experience in PVCase or PVCAD is preferred
The ideal candidate should have the ability to communicate clearly in a well-structured manner and possess design aptitude
Candidates who can work independently and collaboratively with teams located in different time zones
The candidate with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguity and complex situations
Candidates who can analyze rigorously, be dynamic and independently execute iterations in design
The ideal candidate should know the basics of Geographic information systems (GIS), Google Earth, QGIS, ArcGIS
