Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate

Trainer

with a

Civil Engineering background

to conduct training sessions on

AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp

for students and professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong software knowledge, teaching skills, and the ability to guide learners effectively through project-based learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions for

AutoCAD (2D & 3D), Revit (Architecture/Structure), and SketchUp

. Prepare and deliver

course materials, lesson plans, and practice exercises

. Evaluate trainees through

assignments, assessments, and project work

. Stay updated with the latest versions and features of CAD/BIM software. Support students in

developing their project portfolios

. Provide

technical support and guidance

during lab sessions. Maintain

training records, attendance, and performance reports

. Coordinate with management to

improve course structure and delivery methods

. Ensure training sessions are

interactive, engaging, and industry-relevant

.

Required Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

Revit

, and

SketchUp

(Civil/Architectural applications). Strong understanding of

civil drawings, detailing, and drafting standards

. Excellent

communication and presentation

skills. Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners. Good

time management

and

organizational

skills. Prior experience as a trainer or design engineer in a

training institute or engineering firm

preferred.
