We are hiring for CAD Architect position for one of our esteemed client in Architecture industry for SG Highway location.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CAD Architect with hands-on experience in international AEC projects, particularly for the US, UK, and Australian markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality architectural drawings, construction documentation, and 3D models in compliance with global standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents &
Shop Drawings using AutoCAD.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers across different time zones. Ensure accuracy, detailing, and consistency in drawings as per US, UK, and AUS building
codes.

Support design development and coordinate with MEP and structural teams. Manage revisions, markups, and maintain CAD standards for all deliverables.

Skills :

Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related discipline. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp (BIM knowledge preferred). Prior experience with AEC outsourcing firms or international architecture studios. Understanding of building codes, layers, and documentation standards for US, UK, and AUS markets. Strong technical drafting skills and experience with project coordination are essential. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
