Reports To: Cabin Shop Manager
We are hiring a Cabin Shop Technician to support cabin maintenance activities, ensure high-quality cabin standards, and maintain compliance with aviation regulatory requirements. The role includes hands-on cabin repair work, coordination with multiple departments, and technical support for cabin reliability and appearance. Key Responsibilities
Perform cabin maintenance, repairs, refurbishment, and component restoration.
Maintain high standards of cabin presentation in line with regulatory and airline requirements.
Coordinate with MCC, Inflight, Cabin Appearance, Planning, and Logistics teams.
Ensure compliance with DGCA regulations and internal maintenance procedures.
Support, train, and guide team members as required.
Maintain accurate documentation for cabin-related tasks and inspections.
Assist in audits, safety checks, and quality reviews to reduce defects. Skills & Competencies

Minimum:
10+2 (PCM) or equivalent
Ab-initio AME training from a DGCA-approved institute
DGCA (I) AME License with Type Rating / Company Authorization on 2+ company aircraft types
Experience:
Minimum: 8 years hands-on cabin maintenance experience on transport category aircraft
Desired: 3+ years on A320 or B777/B787 fleets
