: Viswamitempowersolution is seeking freshers to join our dynamic team as Cabin Crew members. As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers on board. Your responsibilities will include welcoming passengers, conducting safety demonstrations, serving meals and beverages, and assisting with any passenger needs or concerns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome passengers on board, assist with seating arrangements, and provide any necessary assistance. 2. Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure all passengers are aware of safety procedures and protocols. 3. Serve meals and beverages to passengers, taking into consideration any dietary restrictions or special requests. 4. Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the cabin throughout the flight. 5. Respond to passenger needs and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times. 6. Collaborate with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure a smooth and efficient flight experience. 7. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including emergency procedures and equipment usage. 8. Maintain accurate records of in-flight activities, including passenger counts, meal and beverage orders, and any incidents or issues. Requirements: 1. Minimum 18 years of age. 2. High school diploma or equivalent. 3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. 4. Excellent communication and customer service skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays. 7. Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds. 8. No visible tattoos or body piercings while in uniform. 9. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
