Description : - As a part of the leadership team, develop the long-term plans and strategy for building the company's portfolio and presence in the airports sector - Develop and implement a winning bidding strategy for new projects - Become an integral part of the overall development, construction, and operations of acquired/won projects - Create and implement an organization hiring plan - Represent the company with authorities, various events and forums to establish and position the company aligned with the overall objectives Profile : The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has 0-02 years of experience in creating and executing complex growth strategies for domestic and international airports. You are someone who has seen the complete lifecycle of the projects from bidding to real estate acquisition to commercial development and business growth. You have strong experience in growing and leading teams for sustained growth and success. We are looking for passionate and commercially mature candidates who focus on long-term strategy to enhance revenue per customer, cargo operations, real estate development, and new route development.
