Location: This position is based in Chandigarh, Punjab, India. : We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew/ Airport Ground Staff. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during their flight. You will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. Responsibilities: - Greet passengers, check their tickets and guide them to their seats - Ensure the safety and security of passengers on board - Conduct pre-flight safety checks and provide safety demonstrations - Serve food and beverages to passengers - Handle any in-flight emergencies or issues - Assist passengers with their luggage and other needs - Provide excellent customer service and address any passenger inquiries or complaints - Work closely with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and efficient flight As an Airport Ground Staff, your responsibilities will include: - Assisting passengers with check-in, baggage drop, and boarding processes - Ensuring that all passengers have the necessary documents for their flight - Handling any customer inquiries or issues at the airport - Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure a smooth and timely departure - Checking and loading baggage onto the aircraft - Assisting with the arrival and departure of flights - Performing security checks and following safety protocols - Maintaining a clean and organized airport environment - Providing assistance to passengers with special needs Requirements: - Minimum age of 18 years - High School Diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English, both written and spoken - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and career development - Free or discounted air travel for employees and their families - Medical and dental insurance - Paid time off and holidays - Employee discounts on various products and services If you are passionate about the aviation industry and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on our team.
