As an operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate Network Operations, ensuring domain escalation management and excellence in service delivery. Leveraging your technical and leadership expertise, you will engage with stakeholders, develop team capabilities, implement best practices, and drive operational excellence through innovation and automation.
What you will do:
Manage and coordinate Network Operations teams and domains.
Drive service delivery programs () through automation and continuous optimization.
Conduct resource and people management, including performance assessments, talent management, and succession planning.
Implement and drive improvement programs, best practices, and strategy development.
Oversee change management initiatives aligning with business needs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales activities.
Manage unit financials, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure adherence to Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS) and compliance with ethics, OHS/EHS standards.
Drive stakeholder management and participate in internal and external governance activities.
Promote automation-first approaches and foster innovation.
You will bring:
10+ years proven experience in network operations management and domain escalation handling.
Strong leadership, coaching, and talent management skills.
Expertise in automation, innovation, and process optimization.
Ability to manage budgets, resources, and strategic initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement capabilities.
Knowledge of EGMS compliance, OHS/EHS, and corporate governance.
Experience in Automated Operations, Technical Authority, MS Core & Cloud specialist roles, or Data Analytics.
Strong analytical skills with experience in KPIs and performance improvement.
