About this opportunity

The CA Manager ? Technical Authority -3 is typically assigned to work with service quality assurance back-office activities in an operations organization. The main purpose is to be able to lead the team in providing second level preventive maintenance and system fault restoration. Fault remedy requiring on site presence is dispatched to the field operation organization. The position responsible will be required:

• To delegate the tasks efficiently within the team to meet SLAs well within the time limits.
• To ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done regularly,To prioritize faults to meet SLA/WLA.
• To handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support
• To investigate faults/cause related to system/network problems.
• To participate in internal technical discussions in view to improve overall network performance and make recommendations wherever possible in RAN/TXN/OSS.
• To ensure correct working methodology, To supervise product feasibility studies.
• To guide engineers for configurations, fault management and trouble shooting, To predict workforce requirements.

What you will do

• To lead the team as one coherent unit and deliver as per SLAs,Second level service problem restoration!
• To ensure second level preventive maintenance is being done for all nodes.
• To handle and analyze Trouble Tickets and recommend timely actions and solutions to Trouble Tickets when vital.
• To handle and complete the Change Request in stipulated time frame, Raise CSR towards OEM in consultation!
• To ensure new nodes are coordinated as per the standardized processes, Interact with Customer?s top-level management to understand their requirements and give feasibility for implementation of the same.

You will bring

• Good understanding of Telecom domains, Ability to learn the working of new nodes which are added in the network.
• Ability to prepare implementation instructions without supervision, Ability to analyze and provide recommendations to Customer Service Requests and O&M queries of sophisticated nature, Ability to provide communicate with Design and planning team for capacity build up and new features.
• Open minded, positive with a flexible attitude and willing to work in teams of diverse professional and cultural background, Must have the ability to own the team.
• Ensure co-operation and knowledge sharing within the team

Key Qualification

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• At least 14 years experience in Telecom Domain.
