Brief Role : Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements and play a stellar supporting role to the Head Drive financial compliance Analyze and drive Commercial optimization and cost - savings opportunities Review Hotel Operations from a Controller perspective and help us in improving the same within the operations where relevant Leads the preparation of accurate monthly , quarterly and yearly statutory / financial reports and audit thereof Install / Support relevant financial applications / integration to manage the segment in a customer - centric yet controlled process. Would be responsible for lending processes for disbursement , credit operations , reconciliation , and payment management. Should have detailed knowledge and experience of operations of retail lending products.
