Handle

daily trade settlements

including pay-in/pay-out of securities and funds. Perform

reconciliations

between internal systems and depository/exchange data (NSDL/CDSL/NSE/BSE). Monitor and manage

client obligations

, margin requirements, and corporate actions. Ensure timely processing of

funds and securities settlement

in coordination with custodians, banks, and clearing members. Liaise with

clearing corporations

(e.g., NSCCL, ICCL) for trade confirmations and settlement status. Maintain accurate

books of accounts

related to trade settlements and client positions. Handle

break resolution

and follow-up for settlement mismatches or failures. Prepare

daily MIS reports

, settlement summaries, and client reports. Stay updated with

SEBI guidelines

, exchange circulars, and regulatory changes affecting settlement processes. Support in

audit, compliance, and internal control checks

related to clearing and settlement operations
