Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and statutory requirements. Assist in statutory, tax, and compliance audits in coordination with external auditors. Review financial statements, accounting records, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies. Prepare audit reports highlighting findings, risks, and recommendations for corrective action. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on compliance status. Evaluate internal control systems and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency. Support management in risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Stay updated with applicable accounting, auditing, and regulatory standards. Assist in special assignments such as due diligence, forensic audits, or management reviews when required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional qualifications like CA Inter, CMA Inter. Articleship experience is must Sound knowledge of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/accounting software is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Good communication and report-writing abilities. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
