Audit Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of auditors in executing statutory, internal, and tax audits. Plan, schedule, and oversee audit projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Review and analyze financial statements to identify risks and provide actionable insights. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including ITR, GST, TDS, and ROC filings. Develop and enhance audit methodologies and internal best practices. Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal departments to resolve audit-related matters. Mentor and support the professional development of junior audit staff. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory updates, and changes in financial reporting standards.

Qualified

CA

CMA (India)

, or equivalent professional certification. Minimum 5 years of relevant audit experience, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in audit processes, financial compliance, and statutory filings (ITR, GST, TDS, ROC). Proficiency in

MS Excel

, audit software, and financial analysis tools. Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
