Looking for - CA (Inter) with Industry experience of 3 years +

Sunil Sandeep & Co (SSC); Chartered Accountants; is a Boutique Consulting Firm based in Ahmedabad offering value added services in the name of

Virtual CFO since 2000.

The CFO services covers CFO level professional services to SMEs and Corporates; (i.e. Strategic planning Preparing Business Plans Defining Policies Finance & Accounts support MIS/ Profitability review/ analysis, Management & Board Reporting Costing and Budgeting control supporting scientific decision making process, Process review (SOPs) Risk management and control, ERP support, supporting any accounting / tax legal/ commercial matters and includes Transaction based services like Fund raising M&A support Deal making JV/Legal matters etc)

We are looking for a candidate having worked in manufacturing Industry in an organized set up for a minimum period of 3 complete years after Articles ship. He should possess:

Good understanding in Accounting, GST, Income Tax

Independent finalization of Accounts and Balance Sheet

Understanding of Internal control and process knowledge

Knowledge of advanced Excel tools

MIS & Data Analysis skills

Good communication and mail writing capability

Compliance of Banking, Import or Export

Job Profile

To play active role in our CFO services while dealing with multiple clients

To support in account, GST, Income Tax, Finance function of SMEs

Actively support in inventory control, costing, budgeting & MIS exercise

Support in Equity Deals, Due Diligence Support

Review and support team for timely execution

Banking compliances and commercial agreements

Qualification: B.Com, CA (Inter) Age : below 27 years
