Business Descriptor:

The Company Secretarial function leads, develops and manages corporate governance throughout the Group. As principal advisors to the boards of directors on corporate governance matters, the team also holds responsibility for establishing and managing stock exchange listings; directing and managing shareholder meetings and equity raisings, and representing Group interests in the development of laws and regulations.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated CA Industrial Trainee to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates in their final leg of CA articleship who are looking to gain meaningful exposure in a corporate environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to real-time business decisions and strategic financial processes.

Skills & Qualifications:

Cleared CA Intermediate (both groups) and currently pursuing final CA Eligible for industrial training as per ICAI guidelines Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
