What you will be doing:

• Generate timely and accurate month end consolidation and reporting for Olx Autos business
• Conduct Consolidation and reporting activities
• Develop management dashboards & prepare monthly presentations to CxO level
• Preparation of KPI trends and support presentation of monthly and budget results to CxO level
• Manage the excel and Gsheet consolidation reports to publish CFO dashboards
• Work with country teams to drive the reporting of these KPIs for Autos group vs. the budgets
• Support Systems & Reporting head, to automate our current regional reporting activities
• At Olx, we use financial planning & reporting tools Anaplan & Onestream. You will be given the opportunity to learn these systems and gain full working knowledge of these tools

Who we’re looking for:

• The candidate should be eligible for Industrial Training as per the ICAI rules and regulations
• Candidates should have articleship experience from a large audit firm
• The ideal candidate should be available for a minimum period of twelve months and a maximum period of eighteen months
• The candidate should have a good academic background (knowledge about U.S. GAAP would be an added advantage)
• Candidates should have attention to detail, proficiency with MS Excel, keen analytical skills, and effective written and verbal communication skills to interact successfully with various stakeholders
• The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated individual who can handle different levels of complexity in the respective area of operation. They must be comfortable functioning in a fast-paced environment driven by month-close deadlines
• Specific skills we are looking for: Proficiency with MS Excel, working knowledge of MS PowerPoint presentations, ability to understand and analyze financial data, ability to extract reports from financial reporting tools, and ability to pivot, summarize and present data for decision making
• Good to have skills: Working knowledge of google sheets & slides, thinkcell, anaplan and onestream
