JOB PURPOSE
The Logistics Manager is accountable for driving operational excellence across all logistics functions at the India level. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing inbound and outbound shipments, including customer dispatches and factory logistics movements. The incumbent will oversee the complete import-export cycle, customs clearance activities, and the management of logistics service providers (freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents). A key focus of the role is to ensure full compliance with international trade regulations, import/export control requirements, and applicable licenses and statutory obligations, while delivering cost efficiency, service reliability, and continuous process improvement across the logistics network.
