As part of our expansion in South Mumbai, we are hiring high-calibre Chartered Accountants who aspire to build a long-term career in consulting and enterprise financial systems.
Role Overview
This is a consulting-track role designed for CA Freshers who will receive structured, in-depth training in Oracle Fusion Financials. After the training period, you will contribute to global finance transformation projects and work closely with senior consultants and UK/US-based client stakeholders. You will be involved in end-to-end implementation activities including requirement analysis, solution design, documentation, testing, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities

• Learn Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules through structured training

• Participate in finance process discussions and requirement-gathering workshops

• Assist in creating business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows

• Prepare artefacts such as fit-gap analysis, configuration documents, test scripts, training material, and data templates

• Support system configuration under the guidance of senior consultants

• Work with UK-based project teams and align with UK working hours

• Engage professionally with global clients in structured project interactions

• Support testing cycles, identify defects, perform analysis, and coordinate user feedback

Requirements
Educational Qualification

• Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

• Bachelor's Degree required

Candidate Background

• Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, and core finance principles

• Excellent communication skills -- ability to articulate thoughts clearly and interact confidently with global clients

• Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation

• Interest in consulting, business systems, and enterprise finance technology

• Willingness to travel internationally if project needs require

• Self-driven, organised, and disciplined work ethic
