We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Finance Head

to lead the financial execution and funding operations of our CA firm. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial analysis, debt and equity funding, and client relationship management. This role requires a hands-on professional who can manage multiple client mandates efficiently while ensuring high-quality financial deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Financial Execution & Analysis

Prepare CMA data, financial projections, project reports, and funding proposals for clients. Ensure completion of all client deliverables within defined TATs. Coordinate with clients to gather financial statements, MIS, and relevant documentation. Analyze client financials and identify insights to support funding or business strategy decisions.
2. Funding Mandates

Assist in execution of debt and equity mandates, including term loans, working capital limits, LAP, project financing, and private equity transactions. Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and merchant bankers for proposal discussions, document submissions, and follow-ups. Evaluate funding options, compare financial institutions' offers, and support negotiations to secure optimal terms for clients.
3. Client Relationship Management

Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure clarity, transparency, and satisfaction. Build and nurture strong relationships with bankers, investors, and financial partners. Ensure timely updates, progress tracking, and professional service delivery on all assignments.

Qualifications & Skills

Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) / CFA (preferred) 3-6 years of experience in corporate finance, debt syndication, or investment banking Proven experience in financial modelling, funding documentation, and presentation preparation Excellent communication, analytical, and client-handling skills Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple mandates independently Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software tools

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
