Location: Kandivali

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage banking operations, financial documentation, and account-related functions. The ideal candidate will assist in financial planning, ensure smooth banking coordination, and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day

banking operations

, including fund transfers, reconciliations, and payments. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, and support month-end closing activities. Assist in

financial planning

, budgeting, and cash flow management. Maintain accurate

financial records and documentation

. Coordinate with banks for account management, loans, and related financial activities. Prepare and review MIS reports and financial summaries for management. Support

audit and compliance requirements

by ensuring proper documentation. Liaise with internal departments for smooth financial operations.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

CA dropout or Commerce graduate (B.Com / M.Com). 2-5 years of experience in

banking operations, accounts, or financial planning

. Strong knowledge of

Tally / ERP systems

, MS Excel, and financial reporting. Good understanding of

banking documentation and compliance processes

. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
