We are a reputed and fast-growing organization engaged in industrial and environmental engineering services. As a public listed company, we are currently expanding our finance and compliance team and seeking a dynamic Chartered Accountant (CA) with experience in IPO and post-listing financial operations.

Who worked on IPO trasation or IPO Who have worked with the macinery or automobile manufacturer Minimum 2 Years of Experience

Salary:

8LPA to 9LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting processes, financial reporting, and tax planning Prepare quarterly and annual financial results in compliance with SEBI and stock exchange regulations Handle ROC, MCA, and other regulatory compliances relevant to a listed company Collaborate with legal and secretarial teams to ensure IPO-related documentation and disclosures are updated . Assist in the preparation and finalization of annual reports and audit committee presentations Monitor internal control systems and suggest improvements Liaise with auditors, consultants, and financial institutions Ensure timely compliance with TDS, GST, Income Tax, and other applicable laws

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
