Job Description

We are a fast-growing construction and real estate development company seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CA Assistant to support our finance and accounts department. The candidate will handle day-to-day accounting activities, GST compliance, and project-related financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP system.

Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, and vendor payments.

Assist in monthly GST filing, GST returns, and reconciliation.

Manage TDS calculations, deductions, and filing support.

Perform bank reconciliation and maintain cash/bank books.

Maintain project-wise costing, labor payments, petty cash, and material purchase records.

Support statutory audits, internal audits, and year-end financial closing.

Coordinate with vendors, site supervisors, and management for accounts follow-up.

Prepare financial statements and reports as required by CA/Management.

Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of all accounting tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in accounting; experience in construction company preferred.

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.

Proficiency in Tally ERP / Zoho Books / or similar accounting software.

Good working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).

Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
