Job Summary



We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a CA Articleship Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience in various facets of accounting, finance, and taxation. The successful candidate will work closely with our experienced team of Chartered Accountants and professionals, contributing to real-world projects and learning the practical application of theoretical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities



Auditing:

Assist in conducting statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits for clients across various industries.

Taxation:

Support the team in direct and indirect tax matters, including: Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR). Assisting with Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including return filing and reconciliation. Calculating and filing TDS/TCS returns.

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

Manage client accounts, including: Recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate books of accounts. Reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts. Preparing financial statements and management reports.

Corporate Law Compliance:

Help in ROC filings and other corporate law-related compliances.

Consulting & Advisory:

Provide support in various advisory assignments, including business valuation, due diligence, and financial planning.

Communication:

Interact with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.

Research:

Stay updated with the latest changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and other relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications & Eligibility



Must be a registered student with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Passed the CA Intermediate/IPCC examination (both groups preferred). A strong academic background is essential.

Desired Skills



Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel). Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity, a strong work ethic, and a professional attitude. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
