The Article Assistant will be part of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy team, assisting professionals in managing assignments related to liquidation and insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016. The role provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to insolvency processes, stakeholder management, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of receipts and payments accounts, bank reconciliations, and liquidation cost statements.
Support in compiling and maintaining financial records and documentation related to insolvency cases.
Coordinate with auditors for preparation of financial statements and audit requirements.
Assist in drafting and reviewing reports, summaries, and statutory filings under IBC.
Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders including banks, statutory authorities, valuers, legal advisors, and auditors.
Conduct basic research on IBC provisions, circulars, and case laws as required.
Support the Insolvency Professional in day-to-day activities related to case management.
