Deepak Madan & Associates is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented CA Article Trainees to join our professional team in South Delhi. This position is ideal for aspiring Chartered Accountants aiming to gain comprehensive experience across various domains within finance, including taxation, compliance, auditing, and financial reporting. As an Article Trainee, you will work directly with senior professionals, contributing to a range of real-world engagements while building essential skills for a successful CA career.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting

and Analysis Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Taxation

Support tax compliance processes, including the preparation and filing of tax returns, researching current tax laws, and assisting clients with queries on tax matters.

Compliance

Aid in the compliance process by understanding regulatory guidelines, maintaining accurate records, and assisting in timely reporting to ensure clients meet statutory obligations. Engage with clients to gather relevant financial data, address inquiries, and facilitate clear and timely communication throughout engagements. Participate in the execution of

statutory audits

, ensuring financial statements are free from material misstatement and comply with relevant laws and standards. Assist in conducting

internal audits

, evaluating clients' internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management practices, and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications:

Client Interaction Documentation and Record-Keeping Research and Application of Standards Process Improvement Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy under the ICAI framework. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is essential.
