Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed CA Articleship Assistants to join our firm. The ideal candidate will be a student currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA) and eligible to begin their articleship as per ICAI guidelines. This position offers practical exposure to various aspects of accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance services Prepare and file income tax returns, GST returns, TDS returns, and related compliances Support senior team members in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting Conduct stock audits and management audits Perform reconciliations and analyze financial statements Assist in ROC filings and other company law-related work Stay updated with changes in tax laws and accounting standards Maintain proper documentation and working papers

Requirements:

Passed CA Foundation and CA Intermediate (Group I or both groups) Eligible to register for Articleship as per ICAI rules Strong academic background and knowledge of accounting and taxation principles Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software like Tally Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and willingness to learn
