Job Description

:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Article Assistant

to join our team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to financial modelling, valuation, and reporting, offering a strong foundation in finance and accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Work on

Excel-based financial models

. Assist in analyzing

P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements

. Support in drafting and preparing

valuation reports

. Learn and apply valuation techniques such as

Discounted Cash Flow (DCF)

. Provide assistance in basic accounting and financial analysis tasks.

Requirements:

Must be registered as an

Article Assistant

with ICAI/ICMAI.

Proficiency in Excel

(financial modelling).

Basic knowledge of Accounts

and financial statements. Good understanding of valuation report basics.

Good communication skills

(verbal & written). Strong analytical mindset, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
