Job Title:

Account Manager (CA Qualified)

Position Overview:

The Account Manager (CA Qualified) will oversee the company's financial operations, ensure statutory compliance, manage audits, and provide financial insights for decision-making. The role requires strong analytical skills, deep accounting knowledge, and leadership in managing day-to-day financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall accounting process, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.). Coordinate and lead internal and external audits. Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. Supervise accounting staff and ensure timely closure of books. Handle banking operations, fund management, and reconciliation. Review vendor and client accounts for accuracy and timely payments. Support management in financial planning and cost control. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards (IND AS).

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Qualified. 2-5 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in manufacturing/export/trading sector). Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting. Proficiency in

Tally ERP / SAP / Excel / financial tools.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
