We're looking for an experienced Indian Chef (C2) to handle our North Indian vegetarian menu. You'll be in charge of preparing vegetables, dal, tandoori starters, breads, and traditional gravies. This role requires mastery over flavor, timing, and tandoor handling.
Key Responsibilities:

Cook main course gravies, starters, and tandoori breads.

.Operate tandoor and ensure proper food texture.

.Maintain kitchen hygiene and collaborate with C1 head chef.
Requirements:

3-5 years in Indian/tandoor cooking.
2.Skilled with spices, grill and dough-based items.

.Fast, clean, and disciplined cooking style
