You'll be responsible for creating and optimizing multi-channel communication campaigns--including Push, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, In-App, and RCS--while partnering with different teams to deliver measurable growth and a seamless learning experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Multi-Channel CRM Campaigns:
Design, launch, and continually improve targeted campaigns across Push notifications, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, In-App messaging, and RCS using tools such as WebEngage.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
Monitor campaign metrics, track KPIs, and convert data into actionable insights to boost user activity and minimize drop-offs.
Audience Segmentation:
Identify and group different student and parent segments to deliver personalized learning journeys and marketing automation flows.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with Content, Product, Academic, and Creative teams to craft impactful communication that drives conversions and engagement.
Innovation & Growth:
Experiment with new CRM capabilities, create automated journeys and relays, and support strategic partnerships to scale retention and growth.
Market & User Research:
Engage with learners and educators to understand their preferences and uncover opportunities for enhancing the overall user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (technical background is a plus, but not required).
1-6 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing; experience in EdTech will be an advantage.
Familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms like WebEngage.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms or tools.
Strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute campaigns independently and work collaboratively across teams.
