Key Responsibilities

Single point of contact for Hexaview for the project and lead a team Manage and status and reporting to provide project clarity to team members, management and Hexaview. Take full project ownership and ensure timely delivery maintaining Hexaview quality standard. Design robust and scalable architecture Write high quality solid code Develop new features and maintain existing code Track projects closely and derisk on time Influence the product experience and architecture Coordinate with cross functional and cross team dependencies Oversee project delivery process with key contributors to help manage scope and prepare change requests Technically mentoring and leading group of engineers. Review design, code and execution plan. Being a product champion by trying out the capability and providing feedback to the team. Build in depth knowledge of the feature he/she is working on. Great team player with passion to deliver and good interpersonal skills #

Skills

6-8 years of experience working in software Development At least 2 years of experience in project and people management. Proficient in C++, data structures and algorithms. Exposure to Javascript and React. Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills. Strong skills in strategy development, planning and execution Strong skills in brainstorming and unblocking the team technically Knowledge of Quality metrices and their tracking Strong focus on timely and quality delivery Experience in Jira. Ability to work in agile environment. Ability to guide and help team members. Excellent Written and Spoken communication Skills Self-Motivated

B.Tech or M.Tech / MCA (in computer science and engineering or related fields).
