Responsibility:
Design, development, implementation, and maintenance of projects in the field of biometrics, identity management and security control such as Law Enforcement System, with support by SME.

Requirement:

• 
  The candidate should be a graduate with a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

• 
  Track record in software design, development and deployment of projects.
• 
  Knowledge and hands-on working experience in the following technology areas are essential:
• 
  Experience with creating C++ production code in Windows environment.
• 
  Proficient in NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) coding.
• 
  Proficient in C# coding.
• 
  Web Services, Design Patterns, SQL, HTML/HTML5, XML.
• 
  Strong Technical Skills in some of the following are preferable:
• 
  Visual Studio 2010 (C++ & C#), Visual Studio 2012 (C++ & C#).
• 
  Database experience in MySQL.
• 
  Hands on Technical Skills in some of the following are preferable:
• 
  Socket base client/server programming with VC
• 
  Understanding soap and restful API architecture
• 
  Basic knowledge of troubleshooting on network channel
• 
  Cross platform communication
