on-prem Kubernetes platform

that powers critical medical software across customer environments. We are looking for a

Platform Software Engineer

who enjoys working close to infrastructure, automation, and backend services, and who takes pride in building reliable, production-grade systems.

This role sits at the intersection of

C# development, scripting, and cloud-native platforms

, with real ownership over how applications are deployed, managed, and operated in regulated healthcare environments.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and develop platform capabilities using

C#

, with supporting automation in

PowerShell, Bash, and YAML

Build and enhance backend services and platform components that support authentication, logging, storage, and deployment workflows Support and evolve an

on-premises Kubernetes ecosystem

hosting containerized medical applications Collaborate with cross-functional teams through

Azure DevOps

, contributing to code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and Git workflows Participate across the

full SDLC

, including documentation and requirements management using tools like

Jama

Investigate and resolve platform installation, deployment, and runtime issues raised by internal and external consumers Continuously improve system reliability, maintainability, and developer experience
Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with

clean, maintainable C# development

Solid scripting experience using

PowerShell or Bash

Experience building or consuming

web services / APIs

(C#, preferred; Golang exposure is a plus) Practical knowledge of

Git

and

Azure DevOps

for source control and CI/CD Comfortable working in

Linux-based environments

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with

Docker

,

Helm

, and containerized application packaging Hands-on exposure to

Kubernetes

concepts and operations Familiarity with

Infrastructure as Code

tools such as

Terraform

Experience working with

Microsoft Azure

Background in developing software for

regulated or compliance-driven industries
