Lead Engineer (C++)

Location:

Bangalore, Karnataka (5 days onsite per week)(Ready to relocate)

Experience:

4+ years (Immediate joiners preferred)

Lead engineering teams in delivering high-impact C++ projects. Drive technical excellence, mentor juniors, and ensure seamless project execution from design to deployment.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead teams in project design, development, and implementation aligned with client goals. Serve as primary stakeholder contact, resolving issues and facilitating communication. Provide technical guidance, review specifications, and enforce coding best practices. Define system architecture, research technologies, and select optimal frameworks. Mentor junior engineers, conduct performance reviews, and identify training needs. Oversee quality assurance, testing processes, and regulatory compliance. Maintain comprehensive documentation and deliver progress reports to management. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Manage technical risks, budgets, and timelines while collaborating cross-functionally. Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends and promoting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering (Master's preferred) Proven leadership in engineering roles Strong communication and project management skills Proficiency in Agile methodologies and PM tools
