We are seeking a results-driven Sales Specialist to expand our health insurance footprint among Vasai's thriving MSME and industrial sectors. Your primary goal is to educate business owners on employee wellness benefits, navigate 2025's new tax-saving regulations (such as the removal of GST on premiums), and provide tailored group health solutions that protect their workforce.Key Responsibilities- MSME Prospecting: Identify and reach out to manufacturing units, small businesses, and startups in Vasai East (Industrial area) and Vasai West through networking, cold calling, and referrals.- Need-Based Consulting: Conduct detailed assessments of business owners' requirements to recommend suitable group health insurance plans, including "Cashless Everywhere" benefits and telemedicine coverage.- Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales lifecycle-from lead generation to closing-and achieve monthly/quarterly business targets.- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with business owners to ensure timely policy renewals and offer post-sale support for claims.- Regulatory Awareness: Stay updated on 2025 IRDAI regulations and market trends, such as medical inflation (projected at 13% for 2025) and digital claim processes.Required Skills & Qualifications- Education: Graduate in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).- Sales Acumen: Proven track record in B2B or corporate sales; experience in the insurance sector is highly valued but not mandatory.- Communication: Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English to effectively communicate with local Vasai business owners.- Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Vasai-Virar business landscape and industrial zones.- Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools, mobile sales apps, and digital presentation software.- License: Possession of a valid IRDAI certification (or willingness to obtain one) is mandatory.What We Offer- Competitive base salary (- 2.5L - 4.5L PA) plus high-earning commission structures.- Travel and mobile reimbursements for field visits.- Continuous training on 2025 health insurance product innovations and digital tools.
