Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience specializing in Blue Yonder WMS. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on developing and optimizing warehouse management solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Blue Yonder WMS to enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation in our logistics processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Blue Yonder WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical expertise in Blue Yonder WMS to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly. Design and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of WMS implementations. Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance system reliability and performance. Document system configurations processes and procedures to maintain accurate records for future reference. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the WMS aligns with business objectives and operational needs. Stay updated with the latest developments in Blue Yonder WMS and integrate new features as needed. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of the WMS system. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the WMS to ensure seamless operations. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into warehouse performance and areas for improvement. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate WMS with other enterprise systems for streamlined operations. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in WMS implementation and management.

Qualifications

Possess a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Have extensive experience in Blue Yonder WMS implementation and support. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues. Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Show proficiency in designing and executing test plans for system validation. Be knowledgeable about industry standards and best practices in warehouse management systems.
