The Supply Chain Information Technology (SCIT) Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team is responsible for providing business solutions to increase the efficacy and efficiency of Intel\'s planning processes, including product roadmap, demand, supply, inventory, sales/revenue, financial, capital, and pricing planning. The Sales and Operations Planning team is responsible for providing solutions for Intel\'s strategic planning processes, aligned to Intel\'s reference architecture. This is an exciting time to join the team as we digitally transform the business processes and solutioning for this critical planning function in close partnership with the business. This Product Owner role is the responsible and accountable for defining reporting features for configuration in Blue Yonder -and- defining data required for consumption/integration by/with downstream applications in close partnership with business and IT teams. This includes feature prioritization along our path to production and close partnership with the business team supporting executive and process dashboards. Key responsibilities include: 1) Applying a customer-centric mindset to guide the team in delivering features that are desirable, viable, feasible and sustainable 2) Contributing to the vision and roadmap that guides overall solution implementation 3) Managing and prioritizing the team backlog by providing guidance on user story creation, prioritizing backlog items, accepting stories and supporting the architectural runway driven by the Solution Architect 4) Supporting the team in delivering value through providing daily insights that guide development towards the highest value outputs and iteration goals 5) Soliciting and implementing feedback received from customers and stakeholders Responsible for maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Delivery Team by clearly expressing Product Backlog items ordering the items to best achieve goals and missions calculating, measuring and tracking business value optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Delivery Team will work on next and ensuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed. Responsible for engaging with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team and ScrumMaster to build an exceptional product. Effectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes. Creates the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of a particular domain being developed. Being knowledgeable of Agile and Scrum practices., creates and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria and the product backlog for each sprint. Actively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements. Empowers the Delivery Team to determine work load for each sprint. Provides clear direction and flexibility when priorities change based on user needs and requirements. Participates in all Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning and retrospectives) as required. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent 10+ years of IT working experience leading deployment of supply chain planning or forecasting software solutions Demonstrated expertise in delivering solution-level operational reporting and enabling integration with downstream applications Experience in leading highly matrixed functional development teams Excellent business partnership, verbal and written communication skills SAFe or PMI certification for Product Owner or equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Enterprise Class Planning Solutions (i.e. Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, o9 or SAP IBP). Good understanding of latest trends and best practices between solution-level and external analytical/reporting/dashboarding solutions Experience leading Agile Persistent Teams (APTs) in the reporting domain for Supply Planning Inside this Business Group Intel\'s Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.
