We are seeking a

Buying Assistant - Luxury Timepieces

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for horology, understands both the creative and commercial aspects of luxury retail, and can balance market trends with business needs. This role will play a key part in curating and managing our watch assortment, ensuring we bring the finest timepieces to our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Source, select, and acquire luxury and mid-range watches (Rolex, Omega, Patek Philippe, Cartier, etc.) Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, domestic and international Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and purchase agreements Monitor watch market trends, resale values, and customer demand Assist in assortment planning, inventory management, and pricing strategy Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless product flow Support with authentication checks and quality control of acquired pieces

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

Prior experience in buying, sourcing, or merchandising (luxury retail/watch industry preferred) Strong knowledge of luxury watch brands, movements, and authentication basics Analytical skills for demand forecasting, pricing, and inventory management Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ERP or inventory systems a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills High integrity, attention to detail, and passion for luxury watches

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
