This Department handles/support operational activities around spare parts buying scope- which includes - PO Creation, PO maintenance, MIS reporting, mails management, vendor management, helpdesk, query resolution, handling goods receipt & invoice related issues and communication update from supplier into SAP.

Responsibilities

PO creation for high urgent Turbine down and LPF impacted orders. Negotiate delivery expedites with critical suppliers Come up with customized strategy to deal with delivery challenges. Update Order confirmation into SAP as per confirmation received from supplier. Support follow up for Order confirmation compliance from supplier within agreed timeline. PO maintenance - Expedite/defer/cancel deliveries as per MRP signals Support in report generation for analytics and MIS tracking Track shipments based on the info provide by LSP/Supplier/Vestas Transport system Liaise with supplier in case if deliveries don't turn up. Handle generic mailbox and respond to queries. Keep track of process updates Discuss new learnings and risks in the process on-time. Contribute to RCA and training requirements Should be able to create/amend process flows as and when new changes are updated in process. Support Quality checks and provide feedback on the issues detected. Should be able to support during crisis - volume spike / process changes Make use of this excellent opportunity to learn and develop within the company and become a valued member of the buying team. Provide buying support to the rest of the team.

Qualifications

A relevant university degree in either engineering or business 3-5 yrs. of experience as a Buyer dealing with end-to-end SCM. With at least 1 year of experience in managing data, reporting & handling emails. High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Expertise with SAP and Good flair for analytics Hands-on experience query management and data handling.

Competencies

Strong knowledge on the Procurement Process (Procure to Pay) Know Business stakeholders' requirements & expectations Analytical & ability to resolve operational challenges with ease. Strong SAP skills in Material management Candidates should be flexible to work in Europe Shift timings.
