We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Buyer

to join our team. The Buyer will be responsible for

planning, selecting, and purchasing jewellery pieces from the brand's collections, customer profile, and commercial objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail, market trends, and product performance to ensure the right balance between creativity and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute seasonal buying strategies in line with brand vision, sales targets, and market trends. Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market performance to inform buying decisions. Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock rotation and availability across stores and online channels. Collaborate with the design and production teams to provide input on trends, pricing, and product development. Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product mix, and margin analysis. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to stay informed on trends and competitor activity. Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and retail teams to align product strategy with brand storytelling and visual presentation.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field

. Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a

Buyer or Assistant Buyer, ideally within fine jewellery, luxury fashion, or accessories.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math, Excel, and inventory systems.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Deep understanding of the luxury consumer and market trends.

Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness.
